Info received is that the Lahu maybe celebrating new year on the New Moon in February, which is on 11th February.
If not in February then look out for New Moon in March = Friday 12 March.
The exact day / date varies from village to village / district to district, but it is worth checking up on as it can be a sensational spectacle.
