Visa in Laos

I know that you get a visa when you arrive at VT airport but I have a plane ticket for 3 weeks and the visa they give you is for 2 weeks , does anyone know if they look at your plane ticket and give you some problem when you arrive or they let it go and you pay the fees when you leave the country . Thank for any help

Get a 30 day visa before you arrive. Two weeks is all they give for visa on arrival.

If you are going straight to Laos, get a visa from the Lao Embassy in the USA. http://www.laoembassy.com/

If you are stopping anywhere for a few days, travel agents can do it for you in a couple days.
